Internet Getting Slower And Slower
Lately, my computer's internet has been getting slower and slower. When I check the connections established in all my programs, there is my usual programs running. When I test the connection on another computer, it was also slow. The ping rate between my computer and the router is <1ms, so I don't think its the router problem. From 500 kb/s, it changed to 300kb/s, 100 kb/s and now its 30kb/s. Could it be a problem with the ISP?

Hi guys.While I'm waiting for my startin' pack in astahost, I've got an account in 100WebSpace. They sent me the dns adress to configure my domain, however my registrar company asked for an IP number asociated with that dns. None IP number was provided to me by the hosting company with such purpose, only one corresponding to the ftp server. I used this IP in my registrar and it works.My question is: is always neccesary to provide an IP number beside the dns?

So i was downloading ubuntu overnight through a torrent, because the torrent will automatically restart on reboot, in event of power cuts. I have one computer connected with wire to a wireless router and a notebook with a wireless pc-card. The router and card is 54 mbit/s. Even if i place the notebook next to the router I can only transfer files at a speed of 3 mbit/s. Windows says that connection speed is 54 and signal strenght is very high. What is wrong?
